Event Description:
The Pella Area Quilters' Guild will include a short business meeting and a sharing of member creations followed by speaker, Becky Wright, "the Civil War Quilter". Becky will share her quilts and blocks that she has collected since 1975. Her business, Orphans of War, produces Civil War reproduction quilt patterns and stories about them based on historical facts and sentimental legend passed down through the generations. Meetings are open to quilters of all ages and abilities. Guests are welcome. At Third Reformed Church, Room 101, at 7 pm.
