PACE Alliance Quarterly Member Meeting: Pella Talent Pipeline

Held over breakfast, these meetings feature a guest speaker to give members updates on timely projects and topics that affect your business and provides a great opportunity to meet and network with other Alliance members.
This Quarter:
Workforce is among the biggest challenges for businesses of any size.  Over the past year, a group of individuals from our corporations, businesses, schools, secondary education, healthcare and government have been working on the Pella Talent Pipeline initiative.  In this initiative has 5 different strategies to developing talent: expansion of apprenticeship programs; career upskilling for incumbent employees; professional & personal development; programming that connects students to jobs; and feasibility of an innovation lab.  During breakfast, individuals will give updates on the innovative ideas and progress made in each area to developing a workforce pipeline from childcare through career.
