Event Description:
Have you ever thought about the difference between the person whose career seems to be taking off and someone equally skilled that cannot seem to get the same breaks? More often than not, that star employee has a good grasp of business etiquette, a knowledge of the proper form, rules and manners or customs required in specific situations. Outclass Your Competition will increase your ‘business intelligence’ by informing and instructing you in the vital skills needed to thrive, not just survive, in any business environment.

Join us for a half-day examination and instruction of business and dining etiquette. This workshop will train your staff to take advantage of your most precious competitive assets — your relationships. Participants in the program learn the skills to interact with others such that healthy relationships take center stage. After all, it is less expensive to get business from existing customers than it is to find new ones. This program is held at the Des Moines Embassy Club, 666 Grand Ave., 33rd floor. Cost is $175 per person for Members, $195 for non-Members.

*In the event you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason, please let us know 48 hours prior to the session or send us the name of another that can attend in your place. This session does include a four-course meal. Workshop fees are not refundable if cancellation is given within 48 hours of the workshop.
