Newton Main Street will host an Open House for available downtown commercial spaces on Saturday, October 24th from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The Open House will showcase more than 10 commercial properties in the Newton Main Street District.
Property owners will have their properties open and be on hand to answer questions. Potential renters and buyers will start at the Chamber of Commerce, located at 113 1st Ave W, where they can pick up a map of the open house properties, information about the properties and potential incentives and financing sources. The Open House is free for all participants.
