Your Newton Hy-Vee dietitians are dedicated to helping you meet your health and wellness goals for 2017. Our 8-week Begin Basics program is the first step to success. Join us for 7 group sessions and one individual session with a dietitian and learn habits that promote disease prevention and a healthy weight. While not a weight loss challenge, many of our participants experience weight loss and a decrease in body fat percent, blood pressure and cholesterol levels during and after the program.
