The Newton First Assembly of God Church, 1029 E 19th St N, will host their Light-the-Night Carnival on October 31st from 6 PM until 8PM. Free carnival games and candy, hotdogs, hot chocolate and coffee. This is free entertainment and a safe environment for the kids. The event will be canceled in the event of rain.
