NASCAR sponsored Hauler Parade will go through Newton on Thursday, July 31st beginning at 6:00 PM at the Iowa Speedway, to 1st Avenue from Iowa Speedway Drive heading west and turning south onto West 4th Street past Maytag Park and continuing on to the Speedway.
