Eric's Bio:
In 2003, Eric Maddox conducted more than 300 interrogations which led to the capture of Saddam Hussein. Since then, he has adapted his expertise in listening and asking questions to hone in the most effective ways to work with clients. His willingness to abandon obsolete methods in search of new ones, all while maintaining trusted principals, has garnered him continued success. Hear how Eric’s empathy-based listening can build trust and increase influence in your professional and personal life.
