Please join the Urbandale Chamber in celebrating Mosaic's 40 Year Anniversary Ribbon Cutting!

Celebrate 40 years of service in the Des Moines area with Mosaic in Central Iowa and a 110 year legacy! Since 1983, Mosaic in Central Iowa has been providing home and community based services to adults with disabilities, autism, brain injuries, mental and behavioral challenges and other diverse health care needs. Join in commemorating this anniversary!
