Monthly Luncheon- Defining the 2022 Workplace

The FuseDSM Monthly Luncheon will typically be held on the 2nd Thursday of every month, however, there may be a change to the date or location occasionally as schedules change throughout the year. Each month the Chamber invites a dynamic speaker to provide timely information affecting our community, insight on issues concerning the community, or inspirational stories which resonate within the community. 

There is networking time prior to the start of the program and lunch being served. This is the monthly event you do not want to miss to maintain those important relationships with your fellow members.

Today's work environment has gone, and will continue to go through, significant change as we continue to come out of the pandemic. Living through constant change, DEI and the hybrid workplace are just some of the issues that will define what 2022 looks like. At this luncheon we will review local, national and global issues that can help us prepare and make the most of the new normal...until it changes again!

Todd McDonald, President of ATW Training Solutions

Todd McDonald is the President of ATW Training Solutions which he found in 1999. ATW provides live virtual and in-person training to organizations on a local, national and international level. Todd is an author of two books, one on leadership and one on productivity. He serves on multiple boards including the Iowa Association of Business and Industry and the Waukee Betterment Foundation.
