In this presentation you will learn:
- How to handle conflict in the workplace
- How to work effectively with different types of individuals.
This event is open to any employee or business owner that works with/in Human Resources (HR). This includes professionals who may have human resources as their primary job duty and those who may only work with HR on a very limited basis. ECI meetings are held bi-monthly and provide an opportunity to network with individuals from around Marion County who work in/with HR, and learn about current HR issues that affect every business. Buffet lunch is available and at your own expense.
