She is an advocate for women in business and leadership roles and loves bringing great minds together. Cydne began her career working in business development at the Hotel Fort Des Moines following graduation from DMACC with a degree in Sales and Marketing. In 2000, Cydne joined the PEO Merit Resources which was eventually acquired by Paychex. In September 2021, Connectify HR came knocking at her door and she just knew she had to be part of their Leadership Team.

Rowena (Ro) Crosbie is president of Tero International, a corporate training company specializing in interpersonal skills development. Tero's research-based approach appeals to business people of all professions and industries. Tero celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. Ro serves on several Boards and was the 2022 Chair of The Greater Des Moines Partnership.
Siobhan Harman - Senior Acquisitions and Dispositions Consultant, Private Equity Team, East Coast / Principal Asset Management
Siobhan Harman has a passion for real estate and a passion for elevating the careers of women and young people entering the work force. She works for Principal Asset Management and is on the east coast private equity real estate acquisitions and dispositions team. She has enjoyed a 27-year career in commercial real estate working in multiple markets. Siobhan is a graduate of Boston College, has an MBA from Suffolk University, and has 4 real estate designations. She is a graduate of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute and was 40 under 40. She is an active volunteer in our community and is a public speaker on topics such as negotiation skills for women, interview and salary negotiations skills, and how to leverage nonprofit experience for that next big job.
