May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Learn more about mental illness stigma and how to reduce it, what to say and what not to say, and how to find resources from the Make it OK campaign.
Make It OK is a community campaign to reduce stigma by increasing understanding and creating caring conversations about mental illness.
In this 60 minute presentation, you will:
• Learn more about what Make It OK is
• Better understand what you can do to reduce the stigma through key messages and resources
• Feel more confident in talking more openly about mental illness, and helping people get the care and support they deserve
