About the Speaker:
Ryan Hanser, President of Hanser & Associates, has over 25 years of public relations and marketing experience includes service to businesses, non-profits and governments. Hanser & Assocates’ work is nationally recognized for tactical excellence that influences behavior, and Ryan chaired the word of mouth practice group across his firm’s global offices. He is accredited in the practice of public relations by the Public Relations Society of America. Outside the office, Ryan’s volunteerism focuses on art, recreation and natural resources.
Local Business School aims to teach attendees the ropes of today’s most effective marketing strategies that they can use to grow their local business in Greater Des Moines (DSM) and throughout Iowa. From building a strong social media strategy to creating a winning website, the program brings in subject matter experts from across the region to give attendees the best tools to leverage in 2022 and beyond. Local Business School was started by Emily Steele, Des Moines-based entrepreneur.
