Leadership, Education, and Advancement Pipeline (LEAP) 2016 The LEAP program is a 10-month program series designed for women business owners and women leaders in Central Iowa to position them for the next steps in their career.  This session will focus on Emotional Intelligence presented by Kim Waltman of FullCircle Coaching.
