The Pella Chamber is proud to partner with Tero International to offer six sessions of leadership training for our members and their employees to further develop the leadership skills within your current workforce in 2015.  All classes are limited to 24 participants.  This class will focus on:

The Art of Delegation and Tapping Into Internal Motivation

  • Discover a useful tool for improving employee retention and motivation
  • How great leaders move beyond external motivation and create an environment that taps into internal motivation
  • How to explore the leader’s role in developing others and debunk misconceptions around empowerment
  • Discover when delegation is appropriate and how to delegate effectively
  • Learn how to strengthen others by sharing power and show appreciation, recognize contributions and celebrate accomplishment.
