The Pella Chamber is proud to partner with Tero International to offer six sessions of leadership training for our members and their employees to further develop the leadership skills within your current workforce in 2015.  All classes are limited to 24 participants.  This class will focus on:

Championing Innovation and Leading Change: learn how to create challenging goals that energize and inspire others.

  • Discover how to challenge the status quo and conventional practices
  • How to experiment and take smart risks to achieve innovative and effective solutions
  • Participants will confront the three most common misconceptions in handling change and understand the role of emotions in change
