The Pella Chamber is proud to partner with Tero International to offer six sessions of leadership training for our members and their employees to further develop the leadership skills within your current workforce in 2015.  All classes are limited to 24 participants.  This class will focus on:

Beyond Compromise: A Better Way To Negotiate: learn the steps, skills and strategies that lead to Win/Win outcomes.

  • Build listening skills and collaboration skills through discovery of the five most common negotiation behaviors that produce five different outcomes
  • Learn six negotiation skills, that effective negotiators possess
  • Participants learn how to ask open ended questions for information that will help identify conflict and address emotions
  • Build skills to ensure team members are able to reach an agreement that preserves relationships without compromising results
