Lake Red Rock presents Fish Sampling: A Shocking Demo!

Biologists from the University of Iowa Hygienic Lab will demonstrate how shocking and sampling fish is used to assess the health of lakes, rivers and streams.  See the equipment, watch the shocking process and see what fish species are caught.  Location of the activity is dependent on lake conditions - call the Corps office at (641) 828-7522 or (641) 628-8690 Saturday morning to find out the program location. 10 am, free.
