KEY in Des Moines stands for Keeping Educated Youth in Des Moines. It is a program connecting employers with area colleges and universities for workforce attraction. Every other month the group hosts free educational sessions. KEY in Des Moines is a division of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce.
At this month’s KEY meeting, our speakers will discuss the value justice-impacted individuals bring to the workforce and why recruiting from this often untapped labor pool can be an excellent option for employers across a variety of sectors.
