KEY in Des Moines stands for Keeping Educated Youth in Des Moines. It is a program connecting employers with area colleges and universities for workforce attraction. Every other month the group hosts free educational sessions. KEY in Des Moines is a division of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce.

About our Speaker:
Cathy Belmont
Director of Design Services ATW Training Solutions Cathy’s career as an organizational development professional spans over 20 years. She is confident facilitation and instructional design are now part of her DNA! As Director of Design Services, Cathy leads the design and development of classroom experiences, virtual training, eLearning, videos, and custom design projects. She values the client relationship and actively partners to assure ATW exceeds expectations. Count on her for a well-managed and creative design process. Cathy has a BA from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s degree in Training and Development from Drake University. She has been active in her professional organization (Association of Talent Development) and is a past president of the Central Iowa chapter. Cathy is an advocate to prevent and cure breast cancer - and is a past board member for Susan G. Komen Greater Iowa. She enjoys reading, cooking, travel and takes all opportunities to spend time with her husband, adult children and extended family. |
