Event Description:
Having a solid Inclusive Hiring Strategy and an Inclusive Work Environment is important for businesses of all sizes.  This month, KEY in Des Moines features Claudia Schable who will discuss best practices for companies to use for Inclusive Hiring Strategies and inclusive work environments.  Claudia Schable, Founder, President and CEO of Schable Solutions has over 25-years of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and human resources practitioner experience, largely with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.  

KEY in Des Moines stands for Keeping Educated Youth in Des Moines.  It is a program connecting employers with area colleges and universities for workforce attraction.  Every other month the group hosts free educational sessions.  This month's host is Central College using a virtual format.  KEY in Des Moines is a division of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce.

About the speaker:
Claudia Schabel is Founder, President and CEO of Schabel Solutions, which has over 25 years of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and human resources practitioner experience, largely with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
