Becky Pospisal's Bio:
Becky Pospisal is Chief Compliance Officer at Easter Seals Iowa. After graduating from Central College in 2004, Becky has held a variety of positions at the non-profit, including Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Quality Improvement and Director of Adult Day Services. During her 11 years at Easter Seals, Becky had the pleasure of creating new innovating programming and leading her teams to program of the year and acceptance of two staff awards for leadership. Currently in her role, Becky provides guidance to the agency in regards to human resources, quality improvement activities, accreditation standards, recruitment and retention efforts and overall agency best practices. Outside of the day to day, Becky uses her time to represent Easter Seals at various community events. She served as the board president of the Polk County Positive Behavior Support network, a unique training and networking initiative that includes 15 other disability non-profilt providers as members. She is a proud member of Central Iowa SHRM. Becky lives in Clive, Iowa with her husband and three children and enjoys traveling, going to concerts and the outdoors.
