Event Description:
INDEPENDENCE DAY ACTIVITIES 2012
DUE TO EXTREME HEAT ADVISORIES, MOST ACTIVITIES FOR THE 4TH OF JULY HAVE BEEN CANCELED. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE STILL BEING HELD:
-the Vermeer Windmill and Miniature Village only will be open from 10 am - 2 pm, cost is $5.
-Scholte House will be open from 10 am- 2 pm and will be serving cookies and lemonade. Refreshments are free, normal tour fees apply.
-the Aquatic Center will be open from 1-7, normal entrance fees apply.
-Fireworks will be lit from Madison School at dark (free). Suggested places to view include Third Church parking lots, surrounding streets (please do not block driveways), and nearby school parking lots.
Have a fun (and safe) 4th of July!
