Join Ambassador Mary Kramer and Scott Raecker, Executive Director of The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center at Drake University, for a conversation on civility. How did we get where we are, and what can we do to get better? Public discourse has become so contentious that it's more than an annoyance. It’s a threat to goal achievement in nearly all our endeavors. Scott and Mary will share information about how each of us can become change agents.
