This monthly Alzheimer's Support group supports caregivers, family members and friends with a loved one with memory problems. Trained Alzheimer's Support Group Facilitators Nancy Van Wyk, RN; and Elaine Malek, LBSW; of Hearthstone lead the group. For more information, please call Nancy at 204-2655.
