HealthSource Chiropractic & Progressive Rehab Grand Opening

Our grand opening will help raise funds for the Pella Teen Challenge Women's Ministry.  Everyone who attends will receive one free raffle ticket for a chance to win a flat-screen TV and other great prizes.  Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase, (5 for $5.00).  Also, new patients exams, including x-rays, can be scheduled that day for only $5.00.  All proceeds will benefit the Pella Teen Challenge Women's Ministry.  There will be activities for children including outdoor inflatable and temporary tattoos!  Refreshments will be served.
