He helped an entrepreneur successfully transition from a distribution operation in California into successful international electrical component manufacturing company in Iowa. In 2014, Rob started his own company helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses through strategic planning, organizational development, and ISO management systems. To date, Rob has assisted over 70 companies. Rob now implements EOS® and enjoys seeing owners and leadership teams finally get a grip on their business!
