Event Description:
The Des Moines Committee on Foreign Relations is delighted to announce the fourth evening in our 2017-2018 Speakers Series on Tuesday, December 5th - with Dr. Paul Bolt, Professor of Political Science at the U.S. Air Force Academy; and Dr. Sharyl Cross, Director of the Kometsky Center at St. Edward’s University. Drs. Bolt and Cross are co-authors of China, Russia, and Twenty First Century Global Geopolitics - to be released in January 2018. The meeting will be held at the Wakonda Club, with a meet-and-greet speaker's reception from 5:30pm-6:15pm, during which time heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served. Drs. Bolt and Cross will speak at 6:15pm, and a question and answer session will be held immediately after.
