Support By Degrees Foundation, the 2023 recipient of 100% of funds raised in this year's GET ACTIVE fundraiser as part of the 2023 Athene Black & Brown Business Summit presented by Wells Fargo.

A special recognition and live check presentation will take place at the Athene Black & Brown Business Summit presented by Wells Fargo Celebration on April 21 from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m.! 

THE FUNDRAISER:

Bike, Walk, Run, Yoga, Swim, Row…Get ACTIVE and raise funds for By Degrees Foundation!

Our goal is to promote health and raise funds to support this 501c3 organization. Decide how much you wish to contribute and get active! Here are some ideas:

• $25 donation and run 25 miles the week of April 10
• $100 donation and complete 100 pushups
• $2,500 donation and swim 2,500 yards!
• Walk 10,000 steps and donate $0.01 for each step (A $100 donation)

Then plan to GET ACTIVE the week of April 10-14 as we celebrate Diversity Week ahead of the Black & Brown Business Summit and share a photo with us on social media using #BBBS23.

The Athene Black & Brown Business Summit is a business growth event created to elevate ethnic minorities in business and assist them with their business acceleration. This is accomplished through providing valuable entrepreneurship programming, procurement education and dynamic event experiences centered around supporting minority entrepreneurs across Iowa. The Summit is proud to partner with agencies, corporations and communities around the state to provide value for founders, entrepreneurs and business professionals.
