This series will host expert speakers on all of these topics and include workshop exercises to make sure you leave with a goal and a path to success!

This workshop is focusing on: Taking the Right Path to Your Overall Health and Wellness

Do you feel like the journey to achieving optimal health is confusing and complicated? It can seem that way with new fads and advice coming out each day.

The path to overall wellness is more than just looking good and feeling good, it's about working to meet your body's requirements for health over the course of your lifetime. At this interactive workshop, three local experts will break down the 4 key health requirements of your body and give you steps to start moving in the right direction. Hear from three amazing experts: Linda Franker (Certified Health Coach), Megan Ries (Owner, Keystone Chiropractic) and Allison Peet (Owner, From Within Wellness, LLC).
