Finding 100 Extra Minutes a Day
Can we manage time? Can we buy more time? No, we can’t do either. We can only manage ourselves in relation to time. In this session, we’ll focus on setting and achieving priorities, maximizing personal energy cycles, understanding procrastination and how to overcome it, improving organizational skills, and discussing tips for effective delegation.
