Event Description:
Things are constantly changing as we learn more about COVID-19. Dr. Kevin Carroll, Vice President of Behavioral Health Sciences with UnityPoint Health, will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on mental health for individuals, families, and businesses. In addition, he will provide an overview of how UnityPoint Health has rolled out the vaccine. But mostly, Dr. Carroll will speak about humor, handling stress, ambiguity, anxiety, while not becoming addicted to Netflix or alcohol, and leading in the community. This presentation will help get you the most updated information from those who are on the front lines of fighting the virus on how to keep your mental health in check.
