Event Description:
Join your Hy-Vee dietitian, Laura, for a meal-building class where you will make a week's worth of freezer meals in one evening! We do the grocery shopping, provide supplies and do the clean-up. All you need to do is assemble the recipes at each meal-building station. Cost is $75 per person (This includes 5 freezer meals that serve 4). Recipes include: Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Cacciatore, Saucy Pork Loin, Glazed Pork Chops & Firecracker Salmon.
