Join Us for FREE Sports Physicals! This event is intended for middle school and high school athletes. A parent or guardian must be present to provide consent. What’s included: ? A comprehensive physical exam performed by a licensed physician ? Completion of required forms for school sports participation ? Reassessment of previous injuries ? Expert advice and information on injury prevention
