Hearthstone, a Ministry of WesleyLife, will offer a free, quick and confidential memory screening on Nov. 19, 2013 as part of National Memory Screening Day, an annual initiative of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America. Screenings will be provided by Nancy VanWyk, RN CDP, from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. in the Pella Manor Social Room, 608 East Second.
