Own Your Muscles: Mobility Tools for the Workday Warrior
This inspirational and energizing workshop is for anyone who is willing to learn what they can do to counteract the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day. If the last few years have taught us anything, it’s that our bodies were made to move and people do not have the knowledge or tools to loosen their tight muscles.
Workday Warriors are often overwhelmed and confused about posture, stretching, and what they are supposed to do to take care of their tight muscles. Through entertainment and a simple framework, Dr. Ryan Domeyer from REV Health + Wellness will introduce participants to what, when, and how they can fix their tight muscles for good. Your participants will leave inspired and equipped with knowledge to feel better, move better, and perform better.
