Time is our most valuable asset but unlike many of our other assets we can't manage it. We can utilize it better, but we can't manage time. As the saying goes, "time is money". In this session we are going to look at how to get PAID when it comes to your time. We will focus on having the discipline to Prioritize, Avoid Procrastination, Improve Organization and Delegate (Horizontally). Each participant will be given four assessments to determine how they can better utilize the time they have in each of the four areas.

Todd McDonald has been a community and business leader for over 30 years. In 1998, McDonald founded his own training and development firm, ATW Training Solutions, Inc. The ATW team of 15 individuals provides award winning, tailored training solutions to clients on a local, national and international basis. Todd is also owner of New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Des Moines. McDonald has authored two books: one on communication between managers and their employees, "I Wish You Would Just..." and the other on time management, "How to Find 100 Extra Minutes a Day." Currently McDonald serves on the Board of Directors for the Iowa Association of Business and Industry, Waukee Betterment Foundation and Urbandale Chamber of Commerce.
