Event Description:
Why is it that some people seem to get more done through others. The truth is, we all need to be better at influencing others to be successful. This is something that we all need to work on daily, not just one day. Whether we are trying to motivate team members or demonstrate more concern for profitability, our ability to influence may be the difference between success and failure. In this session will talk about four types of influence and provide techniques for being more influential.
