Find out how you can make your community more sustainable and a better place to live. Attend Empower Newton, a Hometown Rewards Block Party on Thursday, May 21st from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Newton DMACC campus lawn, located at 600 N 2nd Ave W. The evening will consist of local food, Kids activities, Energy efficiency tips, Free LED light bulbs, water pipe insulation and more. In the event of rain, the event will be moved ro the YMCA, 1701 S 8th Ave E.
