The Greater Des Moines Partnership will host a three-part Employer Skills-Based Hiring Series to help employers strengthen recruitment strategies and expand their talent pipelines.
As organizations compete for talent, many are expanding how they evaluate candidates — considering a range of qualifications, including education, experience and in-demand skills. This approach can help employers reach a broader pool of qualified candidates.
The series is designed for human resources professionals and leaders focused on talent attraction and retention who are looking for practical strategies they can apply within their organizations.
Participants will attend three in-person sessions that combine expert guidance, peer discussion and hands-on strategies — with a focus on practical, real-world approaches.
