Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM CDT
Event Description:
Elevate is a quarterly program of the West Des Moines Chamber, celebrating the power of women. Its intent is to influence closing the leadership and wage gaps by helping to add more women to positions of prominence in business and community.

How can you be an ally to your female coworkers and help prop them up to succeed?  There are a plethora of ways in which men can encourage women in their day to day lives, including challenging stereotypes, addressing bias, and giving them a helping hand. Want to better support your female coworkers and create a more positive work environment overall? Join us August 18 to find out how you can make a difference in your workplace.
