With the constant search for talent at the top of so many employers’ lists at this and with current legislation around youth employment, employers are exploring how to hire youth and do it right. This workshop will gather experts and service providers who are working with youth daily. Panelists will provide best practices on youth employment and ways to ensure employers are maximizing opportunities to employees and developing youth for the future workforce. They will share best practices on how to retain youth and provide them pathways to enhance their future career opportunities.
