A growing number of people in the workforce are caring silently for a loved one, but they may not be talking about it due to the stigma and fear that they won’t be as valued at work. According to recent workforce data, as many as three quarters of employees have some sort of caregiving responsibility, many that fly under the radar at the workplace. This workshop will help attendees understand the issue, and provide insight into the possibilities with your culture, brand, reputation and efforts to foster belonging at work.
