Event Description:
The DSM Fellowship Program is a preeminent professional development initiative to attract, develop and retain a diverse community of top-tier graduates and early career professionals. This program is available to all companies in the Des Moines community. The program allows participating companies the ability to enhance growth opportunities for your high-potential young professionals with a strong focus on diverse talent. Fellows have access to opportunities that accelerate their professional experiences and gain lasting connections that we hope will lead to a long term career and impactful presence in the Des Moines community.
On Feb. 11 we will be hosting a breakfast to recap the inaugural program, meet with current Fellows, and discuss your potential involvement in the 2020-2022 DSM Fellowship Program to begin this June. We are hopeful you and/or others in your organization that are involved in hiring and retention roles will attend this event. More information is below:
