Downtown Restaurant Series Luncheon - Lurra Cocina

WARNING: This is not your typical Chamber Luncheon. We will be focusing on downtown restaurants and the local food initiatives each brings to our downtown culinary culture. Hear from the owners and chefs what makes them unique and on the cutting edge of Culinary Tourism. Each luncheon will be a 2-3 course meal with a presentation about the food presented. Spots are limited. 
This month we will be featuring Lurra Cocina

Appetizer:
Croquettes--fried mashed potato dumplings with La Quercia Americano and Manchego cheese, harissa allioli on top

Vegetarian: Vegetarian Croquettes--fried chickpea and lima bean dumplings served with romesco and almond yogurt

Entree:
La Lurra--chorizo, smoked ham, prosciutto, and Manchego with olive tapenade, served on a hoagie roll  

Vegetarian: Veggie Dog--charred carrots, grilled mushrooms, and Manchego topped with a beet, apple and cilantro slaw, served in a hoagie roll  
             both sandwiches served with a side house salad

Dessert:
Manchego cheesecake--Spanish styled cheese cake with Manchego cheese, graham cracker crust, served over a fig honey sauce
