Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Workplace Excellence Awards 2024

Network, learn, and celebrate with hundreds of leaders across Central Iowa as we highlight the significant impacts of local leaders, programs, initiatives, and meaningful work being done to make our community more inclusive for all. With live entertainment, laughs, tears, uplifting messages, and a spirit of community, this is not your average awards event. You'll walk away with tools and connections to better our region and to expand your own personal or organizational initiatives through the inspirational stories of success from the award recipients.

• When & Where
  • Iowa Events Center: Hy-Vee Hall Jr. Ballroom
  • 4:30 - 8:00 PM: networking & food line for the first hour, programming begins at 5:30 PM.
• Attire
  • NEW! We are kindly requesting all attendees to wear black, business formal. In doing so, you will join us in further spotlighting the award recipients who will be wearing brightly colored attire. 
• Surprise entertainment!
• Food & Drink
  • ​An elevated, full meal inspired by various cultures’ cuisines. There will also be a full assortment of beverages, beer and wine available for purchase (ONLY cards are accepted, cashless facility). 
• Pricing
  • MEMBERS: $78 for individual ticket. 
  • NON-MEMBERS: $88 for individual ticket. 
  • TABLE SPONSOR: $995 for table of 8 with priority seating, recognition on site, recognition in event program, logo signage at table, and screen recognition at awards ceremony.

• Donation 
  • A portion of the sponsorship proceeds from the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Workplace Excellence Awards will be donated to the Nonprofit Award Recipient.
