Event Description:
The Newton Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will host a Customer Service & Hospitality Training Session on Tuesday, April 28th from 1-3 PM. This training will be held at the Newton DMACC Conference Center located at 600 N 2nd Ave W. The session will consist of a 2 hour interactive workshop targeting strategies for community tourism leaders, businesses and attractions.
