black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and predominantly
black institutions (PBls) have become both a go to and a game
changer. Organizations that want to be more diverse and
inclusive, those that are answering societal calls for racial
justice and equity in 2022 and beyond-are looking for diverse
candidates and HBCUs and PBls have become that pipeline.
