Hiring great employees is the backbone of your company, but hiring the right individuals is only the beginning - retaining them is key.  This month’s Connect & Conquer series features two small business owners, Micah Vermeer with Pella Family Dentistry and Tim Te Grootenhuis with Culver’s, sharing their philosophies and successes to retaining top employees at their businesses. In addition, Wes Chaplin with Kreykes Law Office will join the conversation sharing best practices on when to use employment contracts and non-compete agreements.
